It looked so promising. Our entry yesterday started off with a bang as Francisco Lindor went 2-for-4, with a double and HR. We were half of an inning of scoreless baseball from cashing our fifth entry in row but the Tampa Bay Rays had other ideas. Oh well, time to start another streak with my MLB PrizePicks Props of the day for Thursday, May 26th below.

Atl: Olson + Ozuna + Riley + Swanson – Over 0.5 Total HRs

  • These four Braves have combined for 28 HR in 2022
  • Ozuna, Riley, & Swanson have all hit a HR against Phillies starter Aaron Nola with Ozuna and Riley having 3 each
  • Aaron Nola has allowed 9 round-trippers this season and at least one HR in seven of his nine starts
  • He’s allowed 16 HR in his last 13 games against the Braves & a slugging % of .444 or higher in each of the previous three seasons

Eric Lauer (Mil) – Under 5.5 strikeouts

  • His opponent the Cardinals have struck out the 4th fewest times all season
  • Starters have eclipsed this mark in less than 25% of St.Louis’s games in 2022
  • Lauer has really struggled against the Red Birds going 1-1 with a 7.90 ERA and striking out only 7 total hitters in his 3 starts/4 appearances lasting 13.2 innings
  • To top it all off, St. Louie is batting .290 having K’d just 58 times in 306 PA against lefties in 2022
