Drew Smyly has only received 8 runs of support over his last five starts but should expect much more tonight. Cincy starter Vladimir Gutierrez has been touched up for 17 runs in his last three outings and opponents totaled 8+ runs scored in all three of those games. The Run Line is too dicey for Chicago but I’m confident that they’ll reign victories to open the series.
