Tampa Bay is +750 (7.5/1) or worse at every other sportsbook and is returning the majority of their starters from the previous two deep playoffs runs.
This is probably my favorite value on the market currently. Russell Wilson will make a dramatic difference for this offense. Their defense is one of the NFL’s toughest. And best of all, the Broncos are 16-17/1 at the biggest, and most popular sportsbooks right now.
Look, I’m not suggesting that Carolina can actually win this upcoming season’s championship. I am however a believer in buying a number as opposed to team sometimes. The Panthers have a young, up and coming defense. An offense who when healthy boasts two of the leagues most dynamic players in CMC and D.J. Moore. Even some semblance of decent QB play could keep this team afloat and in the Wild Card picture late into the season. Carolina’s longest odds are 130/1 currently so this ticket not only crushes that number but also presents some intriguing potential equity early/mid-way through the season.
