Major League Baseball is headed into Summer and into the sports spotlight. We split our last MLB card exactly a week ago and we’ve already been attacking the league with some decent success so let’s keep the winning going. It’s a nicely sized schedule tonight and three numbers really caught my eye. Check out my MLB Best Bets for this Monday, June 20th.

- Pittsburgh is scoring the 3rd fewest runs/gm this year (3.4)
- Chicago is scoring just 3.47 runs/gm in June
- 7 of 9 meetings this season have gone under this total
- 6 of the Pirates’ last 8 homes games have gone under this total
- These teams just arent good
Blue Jays at White Sox F5 Over 4.5 (-138, Fanduel) 2u to win 1.44u
- Lance Lynn gave up 10 hits, and allowed 3 runs to baseball’s worst offense in Detroit during his 2022 debut start
- Berrios has looked good in June but had surrendered 5+ runs in three of his five May starts
- Jose has also allowed 4+ runs to the White Sox in three of his last four starts against them
- Two of the three meetings this season went over this number
- Chicago has gone over this in eight of their last ten games
- 12 of the Blue Jays 18 June games have eclipsed this mark
D’Backs at Padres F5 Under 3.5 (+110, Fanduel) 1u to win 1.10u
- Pads will be without NL MVP candidate Manny Machado
- Arizona has the league’s 2nd Worst team BA
- Zach Davies is 5-0, with a 2.89 career ERA against San Diego & gave up just 2 runs in 5 innings against them in April
- He’s on fire heading into tonight having allowed a total of 3 runs over his previous three starts
- Yu Darvish has been equally as good allowing 2 or fewer runs in four of his last five starts entering tonight while doing so in all five home starts this year
- Darvish went 6 innings and didn’t allow a run on opening day
