Phillies vs Pirates 1st Half Under 4.5 (-134) & 1st Half Result (-145)
This one were taking some pretty juiced odds, but were really banking on a pitching matchup. Zack Wheeler throws for the Phillies and he’s been brilliant this year. Zach Thompson has been the opposite of that for the Pirates sporting an ERA close to 5.00. After a disappointing sweep at the hands of the Cubs, the Phillies just got done taking 2 of 3 against the division rival Braves. Let’s back the team playing well with their ace on the mound in the 1st 5 innings of this one. Just need a little run supports from the volatile Phillies lineup to get us there.
Yankees 1st Half Result (-150) vs Royals
This one seems easy for me, and that’s why it’s -150. The Yankees are coming off a tough series at home vs the Mets. They “come back” home after a series on the road vs the cross town rival Mets. New York dropped two close games against their rivals, they’re going to head into this series with the bad Royals looking to bounce back. We have a pretty even pitching matchup tonight in Brady Singer vs Jameson Taillon, so let’s take the Yankees in that situation.
