Next up on the Blogger Bowl’s preseason picks series is the Utah Utes! Utah brings back a whole bunch of talent from last seasons Pac 12 Champion squad including dark horse Heisman Trophy candidate Cam Rising. They also bring back 1,000-yard rusher Tavion Thomas, their three top pass catchers from last season, and possibly most importantly their head coach and both coordinators. USC is getting all the headlines, but will Utah come away with the crown?
