5 Houston -2.5 vs 2 Villanova

I don’t love where I’m getting this number, but I just love the way Houston’s playing that much. They completely controlled the 1-seed Arizona on Thursday night. Houston was a -1.5 favorite on Friday, and if you got them at that number I’m jealous. Villanova is a really good team and Jay Wright always has his teams playing their best basketball in March, but Houston is just so tough defensively. Honestly nothing here would surprise me a ton here, but I’m not betting against Houston.

4 Arkansas vs 2 Duke o147.5

Usually it’s defense that reigns supreme in the NCAA Tournament but the total being under 150 seems low for me here. Duke made everything Thursday night vs Texas Tech and struggles at times defensively. The Blue Devils have scored 78+ points in all 3 NCAA tournament games and allowed 70+ points in the Round of 32 and the Sweet 16. Arkansas averages 76.1 points per game this season, Duke averages 80.2. Let’s ride with the over.
